THE CIDERS
The cider is produced in both still and sparkling forms and is sold in bottles to local shops, bars and restaurants. We also supply to beer and cider festivals with still cider in 3 litre and 20 litre ‘bag in a box' offerings.
Still Dry Medium Cider
Made from a combination of cooking and eating apples, picked from trees within 20 miles of the Mill Lane cider mill. This cider won the Gold Medal at the Chelmsford Beer Festival.

This cider is slightly sweetened and has no added sulphites, preservatives or colouring.

Semi-Sparkling Medium Dry Cider
Made from a combination of cooking and eating apples, picked from trees within 20 miles of the Mill Lane cider mill. The cider is gently carbonated after fermentation to add fizz.

This cider has been sweetened for a medium dry taste and has no added sulphites, preservatives or colouring.

Mulled Cider
Made from a combination of cooking and eating apples, picked from trees within 20 miles of the Mill Lane cider mill. The cider is infused with spices to give a mulled taste. Only available at Christmas.
